Ciel X Reader Sweeter Than Funtom Chocolate
For this story you and Ciel are both 13.
You walked down the busy street with your friend, Lizzy, and her maid, Paula. Lizzy was sobbing on your arm about her fiancé, Ciel, calling off the engagement. She had said it was because he was too busy with work to be married. You soothed her and bought one of your favorite pick-me-ups, Funtom chocolate. Apparently her fiancé ran the company. No wonder he was so busy.
You had heard a lot about Ciel and met him once at a ball. You honestly developed a slight crush on him. Since he was your friend's fiancé, you always felt guilty about the crush. You weren't engaged, so now you felt no guilt. But you did have pity for Lizzy. She may have loved Ciel but he apparently didn't love her enough for it to be worth being married and running a successful buisness.

When you arrived home you found an invitation to a ball at the Phantomhive residence. Well, you thought, it couldn't hurt to go. You knew Lizzy would be mad you went to a ball at "that jerk's" house. Nevertheless, you did your hair and put on a (favorite color) dress with matching heels. The petticoat was chaffing your ass and the corset hurt like a bitch, but it was worth it to see Ciel. You imagined dancing with him on the dance floor, his hands on your waist. The mere thought made you blush an impossible red color. But as you stepped in to the carriage, you couldn't help know that it would never happen.
~~~Time Skip, Brought To You By Funtom Chocolate~~~
You stepped out of the carriage in to the Phantomhive manor, after being greeted by the "hell of a butler". You noticed some familiar faces, the Trancy boy, A Chinese man by the name of Lau, and of course, Ciel Phantomhive. You couldn't help but think of how amazing he looked in that suit. He must have noticed you staring because he walked over to you, almost tripping on his heeled shoes on the way, and made polite conversation. Nothing personal like the split between him and Lizzy, but how his company was. (It being February, his chocolate sale hit record sales.)
When music began (concertina for harpsichord, strings, and continuo no.7 by Johan Sebastian Bach.) Ciel took your hand, without even asking, and lead you to the dance floor. It was apparent that he couldn't dance and neither could you, so it made it really hard, yet less awkward. You finally managed to move to the rhythm of the music and Ciel lead across the room dancing on from song to song until you nearly collapsed.
You two had finally sat down, and your feet were killing you. You and Ciel sat on the couch and chatted for a while before Ciel uttered words you would never expect out of him.
"Do you know why Lizzy and I called off the engagement? It wasn't because I was too busy. That was simply what I told her. Can you guess the reason?" You shook your head and he continued, "It was because I am in love with you. Not her." Ciel blushed and looked to you, you simply smiled.
"I love you too, Ciel." You managed to utter, still shocked. Ciel surprised you even more when he got down on his knee, ring in hand and said,
"_____ ___ ______, will you do me the honor of becoming Misses Ciel Phantomhive?" Your eyes filled with tears. You knew Lizzy would hate you but, you shook your head yes. Then without thinking you threw your arms around Ciel's neck and kissed him. You took in the sweet taste of candy, but this was sweeter than Funtom chocolate.
